SecureRx can be used in almost every state. Each state requires hospitals and ambulatory facilities to meet Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) standards for paper prescriptions. Almost every state has approved CMS-compliant prescription printing on plain paper, with the exception of CA, DE, FL, IN, KY, ME, NJ, and NY which require prescriptions to be printed on special Rx paper.
